Contract: ASAP start – 8 weeks
Rate: $78.73 per hour + penalties + super
Accommodation: Free shared housing provided
Travel: $200 fuel reimbursement each way

We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join the Mental Health Team in the beautiful Darling Downs region – known for its rolling farmland, fresh local produce and relaxed country lifestyle. Just a few hours from Brisbane, it’s the perfect location to head home on weekends while still making a real impact during the week.

This community-based role is primarily within Older Persons Mental Health (OPMH), with the flexibility to support the Adult Mental Health service as required. You’ll join a supportive and collaborative team dedicated to delivering recovery-focused care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload within a community setting

• Provide intake, triage and comprehensive mental health assessments

• Develop and implement collaborative care plans with consumers, families and carers

• Undertake risk assessments, case management and recovery-focused practice

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Mental Health)

• Solid experience in community mental health, case management and risk assessment

• CIMHA experience is essential

• Must have your own car to drive to contract
